"First of all contacted the office 11/2023 regarding my father moving to Florida and heard nothing called several times and was told that it was all taken care of. Now come May he gets a notice a renewal but explain that we need to transfer to a Florida office and was given a name but the wrong location. We go and chat with the folks they tell us there won’t be a lapse. Lo and behold policy way cancelled on May 23 and check was issued. Change of address for billing was fine but not the address for services. Your company lied to me and my 94 year old father. Shame on you"
